Checked in at 12:59pm and my vehicle immediately taken into service as a “waiting”. At 2:45pm I was now late to pickup my children from school. The car was JUST being lifted with a response that the oil filter was changed only due to being short staffed. I’ve waited an hr in the past but this was extensive. Though close to home I cannot say I would recommend as a first choice. The advisor was very nice and attentive but I with better communication I could have made alternative arrangements.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years, and this experience reinforced why I keep coming back. A tire repair didn’t go as planned, but the team took responsibility and replaced the tire without hassle. That kind of customer service and accountability is hard to find. They did the right thing, and I respect that.

Needed recall work performed on my 2021 ram 1500. While I was there I mentioned to my service supervisor Nick that I was having issues with my 4WD system. It popped a check engine light so I asked him to take a look. By the end of that same day I received a call with a list of the issues and the plan for remedy. Nick has had prior experience with carmax which made him super knowledgeable when it came to pushing through for my warranty claim. Brought jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. Specialty asked to reset oil life meter, as well make sure psi on all four tires are correct to 36 psi. Only one tire was set to correct psi and same tire was missing valve stem cap. The other three tires were still at 32 psi. Had to go to a gas station to properly fill tires to 36 psi.

After visiting several shops that wouldn’t take my truck because of its size, I finally found a place that truly went above and beyond. Amber and Joe in the service department listened to my situation, took the time to understand my needs, and got right to work on fixing my truck’s alignment. Every time I bring my car in for service they always end up screwing me financially. Last time I brought my car in they told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. It ended up being $1200 more than what they said it was going to be. This time, they tell me the warranty I bought through them when I purchased the car will only pay 1/4 of the price. I'm happy I brought my jeep wrangler here for an oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush and multipoint inspection service. I got a report showing tire depth and brake pad thickness measurements and other checks. Joe in service helped with the process, and other service agents were friendly and attentive; I waited in the guest space while work was done. Free coffee, chocolate drink, wifi and snacks. I got a free car wash card; It needed it. I'm also glad a loaner is available if I need be. Thank you!

Went to Crowley Chrysler twice for tire rotation. First time I went it was part of scheduled maintenance and could not get lug nuts off and to reschedule. We rescheduled for the lug nuts made appointment on the phone for lug nuts and oil change an hour later they call me car is ready. Get there and no lug nuts. They said they did not have therm. I came in for an oil change. When I went to leave, I was given a bill for $86 although I had prepaid for several changes at my last visit. You need show this on the customer's record at check in to avoid extra waiting time while the invoice is corrected.
Everyone in the service department was friendly, courteous and professional. Erika was my personal service rep and went over every service and estimated price. She kept me informed and checked with me regarding any items for discussion. They were very accommodating as I waited, and the service was completed ahead of schedule. I was impressed.

Service appointment was a smooth easy transaction. From initial appointment set up, to day of service Crowley was easy to deal with. My needs were simple as it was a routine oil change, which had the extended coverage. The drop off was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and efficient. Waiting area was clean. Was in and out very quickly, and they were even able to take me in early, as I was about 30 mins early for my appointment. Would reccomend their service. I have had my vehicle for 4 years and have had no issues with Crowley.

They fit me in on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. With my previous experiences at other dealerships, I’m usually there for an hour to an hour and a half. With Crowley Jeep, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

My 2018 RAM 1500 had a ticking sound. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Crowley handled the extended warranty paperwork and made the process easy for me. I was also given a Jeep Grand Wagoneer loaner to drive so I was pleased with the service. The entire process was easy from the drop off to pick up. Thanks Crowley Staff!!!!

Always great service on my 2014 Ram. I bought it new there and been going there ever since.
I brought my 2018 Dodge Changer in to get new brakes and rotors and calipers all the way around. The prices were great and the staff is very friendly but professional at the same time. Thank you everyone in the service department for excellent work. My car no longer shakes or pulsates when driving. Definitely will be taking my car for any future repairs.
Very happy with the serice, but more so, the people who make that happen. Car runs well, and if I have the need to get into the Jeep's innards again, I will definitely call you.
Have delt with Crowley for years, always pleased except for now, gas gauge on our leased vehicle is STUCK on full, seems like a minor problem, brought vehicle in to be checked and told there is nothing wrong , filled the tank a week ago, at that time the gauge was on 3/4 full, took 20.00 clicked off but gauge never moved to full, drove all day and gauge finally registered full and has been stuck on full since then despite much driving, person who checked vehicle had a bad attitude, seemed like he could not be bothered, told us to just drive ... Great customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed in a timely manner while I waited in a clean and comfortable waiting lounge. After my vehicle was done, I was provided with useful updates.
The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and thorough. I waited for the service and it was completed before it knew it.
